As for me I would hate it, but I wouldn't stick around in an enviroment where someone who does not deserve to be at the top works. I went through that on my first travel agency job. The owner hired her daughter to work with us. She had no experience, worked 4 hours and did no work. Oh and she also got paid double so I left in a heartbeat when I found out
