Why send an hello e-mail,. just to let other employees that u are off but yet,. u sign in because u are a "good/hard" worker,. probably he doesn't even check his e-mail to see if have soemthing important to do that day,.. eventhough I know ppl who does check their work e-mail even on day offs, weekends,. and holidays,. I think it depends on the type of job and posititon,.. just to check if there is something important that can't wait and needs to be done,..

I agree!!! On my days off, i NEVER...and i say NEVER think of my work! If i'm not sleeping in, i'm out having fun somewhere!! JC, wouldn't you agree?
