Having sex is like eating, and drinking water, when we don't have it we tend to feel sick cause we were born with sex organs which are biologycally program to reproduce.  Sex is stronger than us and weather we like it or not we need to release the seeds, the same way little birds do.  Not having sex is like not drinking water and when we drink water thirst is gone; perhaps certain pains, and other ailments are signal from our bodies indicating we need to score.

So I know sex is good to relieve back pain and I've heard that having sex on a regular basis can also help minimize your chances of getting severe arthritis.
Do you guys ever feel like sex helps remedy other things like headaches, personal stress, colds, or anything else?
Serious and immature answers are welcome
