Hey Guys,


   Hope you're all doing well...I haven't been on here forever..


Thank you to those who came out for the show and showed their always appreciated support. My wifey Xtina's birthday was the event yesterday and I'm glad I was able to bring her up on stage to show her my love through my other love..music!..lol


  I also wanted to thank those who came to show my boy Bainaman support on his first solo performance @ Suite 106. Wish I could've been there but I was "apparently" in Cuba..lol (So I was told..lol) But I was really basking in the cold ass sun with my boo in Niagra Falls for her birthday. Get your stories straight people!!!..lol


Thank you guys again for your continued support for LIVE music.

.....and those that didn't come....missed it!  LOL


It was a Salsa Christmas @ Lula.....people loved it!!!


Eventhough the VAN VAN concert was happening, LULA had a good turn out.....


Ricky as always killed it!!!   (I sound like a broken record I'm sure)....but it's true..... there is no Latin artist like him in the country......


He also brought up Xtina on stage for her birthday and sang my favorite Bolero "OBSESION"......beautifully done, better than the original version......when he held that note for 2 hours "a la Ricky"....LOL....I thought he was gonna faint.....but it sounded sooooo nice.....that's what I mean by "he killed it".....a well deserved standing ovation....


 


Have you guys seen what LULA has done to their front entrance???


It looks like a LAS VEGAS Funky nightclub......I LOVE IT!!!


You cannot miss the bright light flashy sign....and the colours......


BIG THINGS are coming up in 2007 for LULA....mark my words.....


They have already made some visible changes.....such as the moving of the DJ booth....


On their worst night, they easily have 200 people in there....with Ricky performing their Saturdays SELL OUT......I'm talking about line-ups and pushing and shoving inside....and with such a huge Cuban concert last night...it did not affect the turn out as much as I thought it would.....

Ohh and the MUSIC is amazing.....they play EVERYTHING!!!!!! .....people think it's all SALSA.....and they're wrong.....they are more up to date and mix better than some venues and DJs I know.....
