My breakfast kind of sucked today! I just had plain milk!!
But it's weekend so tomorrow i'll be making my Salvadorean breakfast!! Huevos, platano frito, tortillas y frijoles con crema!!!
it's been soooo long since i had this, i miss it so much. I'm calling my mom right now and requesting it for sunday YUM! We have that pretty much every weekend. Hubby's specialty ('cept for the tortilla part, which is my job-- if I want it done right... ) But our special breakfasts is when we get nacatamales from the lady in Scarborough. I loooooooove those weekends.

My mother would be proud. Heck, I am proud. And, would you believe, I have barely gained any weight?! And it's not like I should, say, WORRY, about gaining "too much" weight!
Mind you, that was 8 am. Lunch is like... in 1 hour.
Argh. I am so glad that toking makes me so hungry.

Baguel con cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, with a dash of salt and pepper to taste. With a cold refreshing chocolate milk.
