It seemed like a good idea yesterday when a couple of friends invited me over to a bar for a little bit of Karaoke. We hit the place at about 10 pm and karaoke started at about 10:30 - it got pretty busy from the get go – Karaoke music en español, ingles, and Portuguese were being sang one after the other… and beers seemed to be going around just as steadily… time flew by and next thing I knew, it was 2:45 a.m. and we were still ordering our last beers (helps when you know the owner ) – and they were our last beers, only because the karaoke DJ was leaving the house… I guess we would have stayed a bit longer and have another couple of drink – but being the responsible individuals that we are – we opted to leave the place. So, of we went and decided that it was a good idea to go for breakfast – we hit the corner joint at Dupont and Bathurst – after a steak and eggs + coffee, we finally headed home so we can catch a couple of hours of sleep before each of us have to go to work.
I am not regretting anything about last nite – I just don’t feel like doing anything at work. I guess there is no real big difference from any other day! LOL
