Ur right, I was busy watching the Tony Bennett special, Gosh I love that old crooner. The only performace I caught was Gwen Stefani's Wind it Up. I never, ever thought that a song from Sound of Music would actually sound good plugged into a modern song but she really made that work.

you know what though..at the beginning of the show they said...that at the awards were going to be present DON OMAR AND DADDY YANKEE but i DIDNT see any of them and I stayed up just to see themm PERO NADA!!! I guess their part didnt get broadcast...

Okay I loved the Tony Benett special..I think I am now a Fan of him and his genre of music..he can surely sing....very relaxing...I think its a taped so it may just come out on dvd??? if so I think I want it...
Beyonces song is good...I agree with you LB that FAN was EVERYWHERE LAST NITE..
but I think the K-fed thing topped it it was too funny...Jimmy making fun of snoop dog was pretty funny too. BUT.I dont get it..I thought snoop dog swore off smokin a few years ago?!?! I think Kimmel did a pretty good job of hosting..what the hell was that whole baby thing about??? with Flava Flave?!?! that was weird..
The performances were OKAY - Gwens that was weird but kinda catchy...the Dixie chicks was a good performance..but i think the best was between MARY J and JAMIE FOXX..hes so fricken talented and TENACIOUS D..jack black is funny... the rascal flatts they were good too..what the hell happened to the Pussy cat dolls their performance was kinda weak...and there was a member missing at the beginning and one of them fell ..lol...that was kinda embarrasing!! and then the missing member shows up when they about to finish wudup wit dat?!

Other then that that whole thing was pretty normal as usual...Chilli Peppers and black eye peas took thte most awards i think...Yey for them
