Para su informacion, no es ojo negro como se lo cree, it's rather an over dialated pupil.
La 'B' en la camisita de ella significa "Buff"..pero en su caso seria "Baboso".

La verdad que es un simple dibujo, sin significado profundo...i think the one who needs an institution here, is well....you.
