When ever you come across server errors in Hotmail or any major site and you do all the basics like clear cache and cookies and if you are able to access any other sites then that blatantly tells you its on the HOTMAIL side of things.

I've been getting this message all morning when i try to access my Hotmail... is anybody having the same problem????
