Sweetness, If spanish music is what you're after and you want to go to a nice classy (the "real" kind of classy) place with the girls...
I say Babaloo..... To me it's still the nicest spanish crowd/place combo in the city.... or even Lula is nicer than Plaza...TO ME!!! (before you all jump my a**)
I haven't been to Crystal room

@ SWEETNESS: i got an email fro the promoetr himself...MR SHEIMY.....LOL


 


and........apparently Crystal room willl not be having their latin nights sicne Sheimys room.....or nigth has been mvoed to... PROJECT BOUCNES CLUB."NOTORIOUS" its located next to Seven lounge.....and im pretty sure it starts next Saturday 25th


 


but ya.......ask the man himself.......for all details


 


and if not......CHECK OUT THE GRAND OPENIN OF THE NEW LATIN ROOM @ GUVERNMENT NIGHT CKLUB- LATIN LIME FRIDAYS......... STARTS TOMORROW !!

As far as the "salsa lovers" thing.....from what I've heard Crystal Room is majority Urban and some Latin Tropical.......but maybe on special ocassions it's vice-versa......

ok I see.  So how can I get a hold of Sheimy? Number, email? 


 Since you seem to know a lot about the Latin clubs in the city...what club(s) would you recommend?  They don't have to play pure Salsa, but at least play a mixture of music evenly throughout a Saturday night, if you know what I mean.  You know clubs that don't play one type of music more then the other types of music. It would be great if you could recommend some.

My girls and I want to go out this weekend, but we're tired of going to the same places all the time, so we decided to try out a new club.  We are thinking of heading to The Crystal Room, but we have a few questions about this place. We want to know if every Saturdays are Latin nights, or is it just for special occasions?  Also...what type of music do they play mostly? My girls and I are Salsa lovers, so would you guys recommend the Crystal Room?  We don't mind listening to a mixture of music, but we just don't want to go somewhere where they'll play one type of music more then the rest.  What's the cover and dress code like at this place?  Anyway, if you guys could give me your input on this place that would be great.
