We do the fake one but we used to do the real ones. It was actually a Christmas tradition, we'd go up north a little to those farms where you can pick and cut down your own tree. They had sleigh rides and hot chocolate... it was soo much fun. We had to stop 'cause I seem to be allergic to pine trees. Hmm... maybe this year I'll take some allergy meds and take the kids tree picking.
The only down side is that they shed their pine needles. Makes a huge mess on the floor BUT it also makes your house smell nice. Anyhoo... I suggest everyone try it one but don't buy it from your local grocer, actually go out of your way with the kids and pick your own tree. It's tons of fun!

I think she kinda knew we stole it but she kinda didnt say anything cause she appreciated the gesture... aaah the wholesome christmas memories
LMAO!! Oh the memories!! Except it was me and my cousin, but stealing buckets of tomatoes for our pasta sauce! Yup, our mother's never quesioned us and mind you we were in our early teens with no jobs!

If love is the answer, could you rephrase the question?
We already put up our christmas tree... it was actually put up last week. We've got young kids at home, so they wanted to put it up sooner in order to promote the spirit of shopping.

listen Mister just 'cause my family traditions don't include trips to 52 Division and an after hours shopping sprees at Dominion doesn't make them "Let It to Beaver"y...

I don't think I'd do the upside down one for sure. I'd have to start walking on the ceiling, I'd be so confused.
But I'm thinking of getting a White one next. I like the ones they use in the catalogues. They look so nice.

Well in my house my brother & parenst are already fixing the outside lights for the house & yesterday they bought an outside big x-mas tree with lights.
You mean to say some stupid people waste precious space by putting the xmas tree as if it was laying in the ground... Pfffttta madre, no brains!! COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!!
