I think I went once to Time Sq. & once to LA Hollywood.

When these clubs were around Latin scene was not my thing, so I didn't really think much of them. They were alright. I guess cus I didn't realy know much spanish ppl. it wasn't a big deal for me or my friends.

Up until this foro I never even knew about Clun Lavoe, Plastique or Momentos in St. Clair. Never seen them or herad of them.

@Everyone else who mentioned Sabor, La Classique, Baccarat, etc. Out of those three Sabor was the one I went to the most. Went to Baccarat like twice and La Classique a few times but it was not my cup of tea. Sabor Latino was the best, and Carlos Zapata always put together the BEST concerts. I went to them ALL: El General, Cocoband, Oro Solido (original), Grupo Niche (original), Guayacan (original), Leo Dan, Alci Acosta, Wilfrido Vargas, Oscar D`Leon. I am nostalgic now

If it's the success of the night you want to achieve.....copying is NOT the way to go......bringing back those nights, would be like bringing back "the dead".....what's been and done.....CANNOT be done again....because that same crowd back then is NOT the same crowd now......they will NOT support your venue every single weekend....only once in a blue moon.....bringing back those days means bringing back that same music, that crowd, that feeling.....IT JUST WON'T HAPPEN!!

Special moments cannot be re-lived again, the exact same way!

So just cater to the clubbing crowd you have in your hands NOW.....do some MARKETING....homework, research, network and SOCIALIZE!!! ..... being popular and having a good rep. is a big deal.....in this industry......everything else is "minimal".....
