I haven't seen the place myself but yes, its 400 people capacity on the main floor and upstairs is a smoking patio. It is by Square One, so thats gonna be so easy for me.
As far as gigs downtown, I am actually spinning at CLub V every Saturday (As of right now) starting again on Novemeber 25th for sure, because the two weeks prior to that I will be recovering from a surgery.

I am getting my tonsils and adenoids removed as they are cronically and stupidly enlarged to the point of no return. I sound like Kermit the Frog, but the good thing is that I get to eat ice cream for like 2 weeks after the surgery.
No coming out of anything I aint in and no sex change buddy...sorry to dissapoint you.....move on, I am sure you'll find someone....lol
So yeah, I will be out of comission for like 2 - 3 weeks after the surgery which I plan to focus on more studio work during this time as I am working on a few productions for some small and major labels at the moment.
