Well, to tell you the truth I don't think none of them won, because it didn't happen as a competition, all they both did was sing, so but I liked Alex Bello more than the other guy
“the other guy” se llama Carlos Cruz I only saw him sing ‘cause I got there late :sad: but I still enjoyed it there.

Too bad I got there a little bit too late to see Alex perform; in part cause of the line up/wait outside the club… but I did enjoy Carlos Cruz’ music as well… I was a little too buzzed already to notice anything about sound quality!

Well I was there, and first able, trhe place was packed, too small in my opinion to do this kind of a show, the audio system sucked, but in overral ALEX did a good performance,y canto muy beautiful like always.
Since today is reminiscing day....this thread reminds me of back in the days when i went to see DOMINICANADA vs ANTHONY V at the Ukranian Hall. I liked them both, but my boys were ANTHONY V they hooked me up into clubs etc..LOL
Anyhoo i like both Alex Bello and Carlos Cruz. But i think i would go with Alex Bello. I've heard his songs more and i really like that one they play at the clubs

If you're referring to Ricky Franco.....he's not a Bachata artist...and he won't sing to pistas.....so this is strictly a competition with 2 of the best Bachateros in the city...
I would have like to have seen a REAL face off....including Wilson Manuel in the show....
Carlos Cruz has a better voice.....than Alex Bello......Alex Bello's songs are more "POP"...people love them and sing along to them......Carlos Cruz is more Passionate when he sings.....they both have charm and know how to entertain a crowd......
If Carlos Cruz's music isn't played as much we should ask the DJ's why? LOL ....just kidding....I think not all his songs are club music material.....

I think they are both winners already with their hit songs and beautiful music they create. I don’t know if they are friends, but I would imagine they may be seeing this as a friendly face-off and both will want to entertain their fans while they have fun on stage…
