  (5)  The licence holder shall ensure that the price of liquor or of a drink containing liquor is the same during all hours of operation of the premises.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 719, s. 20 (5).





So they CAN advertise it? I mean I can't see where it says that they CAN NOT (am I missing some'?)

Really?  Are you sure about this?    I've seen similar ads from well known bars and clubs.   I would think that as long as there is a restriction (ie. before midnight) it is ok.
