You may end a sentence with a preposition. Just do not use extra prepositions when the meaning is clear without them.

Incorrect
Take your shoes off of the bed.


 


In reality it's not "incorrect" incorrect... it's just redundant. Sometimes it's necerssary to say both, though, as when the "off" is part of the previous word. Like in "The show is a spin off of that other show", kinda thing.
