I caught myself reading the words...but after the 3rd one....I tried it the proper way and it worked.....meaning, describing the colour not reading the text......

for this u need to be seated, put ur left hand and feet st8 in fron of u... start turning ur hand clockwise joined by ur feet in the sama direction.... do this for about 10 seconds and then change the direction of ur hand to counterclockwise but keep ur feet turning clockwise

Neat? Only if you call messing with people's brains neat. I was actually able to do the first half without a problem. Then my brain panicked and there came the boo boo's.
