I see your points too.....but you of all people have to understand that TH publishes info provided by their reporters....who get their info from the artists...etc....they don't alter the message....they simply relay it.....

Ex: If Trademark tells TH in an interview that their videos are playing in all those stations....just by 1 time the video being played on that station is enough for a "publicist" to promote that to the Media in a big way......THAT'S what publicity is my friend! lol ....

Soon enough Fito's 2 videos will be on rotation....but I agree with you completely as they are NOT playing right now (at least not on heavy rotation).....I asked Fito myself and he said they are not yet released.....

I was also a bit confused with the Andres/Juan Alvarez/Victor picture thing.....it's a very minor error though...made by the photographer/reporter....but like Admin said....the actual person called himself "Andres"....

I myself was aware of a lot of the info published simply because like you "I'm in the scene"...BUT there were a few things I was not aware of.....EX: Sensei cooking....Walter Alza's movie info, Lupe's house being so nice....whether or not this info was useful....it's definately entertaining and informative to Latinos & NON-Latinos who read the magazine....showing the major accomplishments of Latinos en Canada.....(or at leats that's what I think)...it's pretty cool!

About the Urban comment.....hmmmm....I don't see how the Magazine is trying to be anything Urban......since only a VERY small percentage was of Urban related stuff.....but like Admin said...the Urban scene is part of the Latin entertainment...so why not promote it.....

I know that the future editions will be even better and with people like yourself giving mature and informative comments, the magazine will become very popular......and this is wonderful for someone like me in my position and even someone like you and the company you work for.

In my opinion.....we need more Media outlets for Latin artists to promote themselves....the Internet can only do so much....and target a steady market.....and for me...I love seeing raw pictures of people......which by the way, the photographer for TH MAG did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job.....

@ Mr Pansa.....if there is anything you want published on the magazine let me know OR contact Admin directly......this source can work in your favour as well.....

Thank you for clarifying the name of the Code Blue members to us, unfortunately Andres was introduced to our reporter as a member of the band.

The information on the magazine is somehow based on information published on the website, but I disagree with you when you say is the same information already published on the website. Just to name a few things unique to the magazine:
page 8, behind the scenes on OMNI TV
page 10, picture of Alex Bello in Italy
page 11 picture of Fito Blanko ans Sensei in studio
page 12, exclusive interview with Amanda Martinez
page 22, artists answer to the question: Latinamerica or Toronto?
Page 23, short interview with Canadian Idol contestant Eva Avila
Page 24, Keiter Feliz new born baby, Mirna Kahan’s b-day
Page 25, Actor Walter Alza on movie set
Page 26, Inside Lupe Ledesma’s house

And that’s only the first half of the mag. Also, from any information that was shown previously on the website, the commentary on the magazine is different.

And finally, we are not trying to be an Urban publication, but the Urban scene is part of our Latin entertainment, it wouldn’t make sense not to talk about it.

hmmmmm my tata would devore the puzzle in spanish....

about the classifields they should do it but stick to useful ones cuz here at home we get the correo hispano newspaper and the classifiled are like kind of 19+ ladies to work at massage co. and some of us actually have better abilities beside giving massages

Well in my own opinion I loved everything in the magazine, well put together, not cheap and many of the articles are very interesting, found out a lot about a few people that know, for a first edition they did an excellent job, I hope they keep up the good work and turn it into something to stay with us for a very long time.

I agree wtih Confu....they show you a few pieces of jewlery but nowhere to buy them....

@ Julie: It looks like buffy contributed to the magazine....and besides the interview, cooking with Sensei and Lupe's home...there isn't much "journalism" yet......everything else is a copy and paste...

I like the magazine....it was so necessary in the industry especially for Local Talent Exposure....

BUT THE PART THAT I HATE THE MOST ABOUT THE WHOLE MAGAZINE IS LETTER TO PREGUNTAS TO AJI: THIS IS BASICALLY U SENT THEM A LETTER WITH YOUR PROBLEM AND THEY RESPOND.

OTHER THAN THAT THE MAGAZINE IS FULL OF COLOR AND THE PAPER IS VERY GOOD QUALITY...
