The key to a tasty bbq is to keep flipping so both sides cook even. I rub a bit of onion on the grill for extra flavour Seasoning isn't too hard because salt and pepper is all you need. Well done or medium rare is your choice in the end and you can sit back and enjoy some delicious cat....er beef/chicken
Hey Cookie!, burning them isn't that bad when you consider the alternate (undercooking them) Salmonella doens't like a fun time. All you have to remember is that the burgers are cooked when the juices run clear. I always cut one in half just to make sure. Then i just use a cheese slice like a bandaid to cover the cut.
The only time I've BBQ was in X's house and X, his dad & Xtasis liked them. I never turned that thing on or off, i just made sure they were cooking well & not burning.
Althou is was a LOT of work & I was DEAD tired after it.
