I love Danforth....but the long crowded, sweaty walk and the Sushi stands are not that appealing....there's more than just Greek food at this festival.....even Mexican & Indian....

I rather go and get some yummy Greek food near my mother's building for 5 bucks than line up for 2 or 3 hours under the sun to get a free gyro or souvlaki. It's just not my thing. I went one year 'cause I'd heard great things about this festival, but there were just too many people. But hey, to eaches own.

For one reason or another I have always missed this festival....and I looove Greek Food!


And each year I hear how rammed it gets.....making it very hard to walk and get some free food with all the people in the line-ups....you're literally rubbing up against people to get across to the other end.....


Finding parking is not hard.....but subway would be easier of course.
