Do people ever flirt with you over the phone? I don't know if it's a latino thing or what but there is this Cuban guy who calls and he's always calling me "mi amor", "corazón" or whatever. Anyway, I wouldn't have thought anything of it if I were still in Mexico (it's not uncommon) but I'm getting a bit of the whitewash on me. There's also a man in the office who calls me "pericotita". I have no idea what that means. All I can say is they're both lucky I'm not white.

It is a latin thing and I think that even outside of Central and South America, they will still keep doing it like those 2 men.
