Nope.  Have protien.  Protein will help your muscle recuperate quicker.

I think it's a question of rest. I don't get a good night's sleep and on those days I work hard, I have interrupted sleep.

I was also told to have carbs after a strenuous workout, is that true?

Opposed to contrary beliefs, I've been up since 8:30 this morning ...


 


Marky Mark: Its not really normal to be getting sick after strenuous workout, or after increasing your intensity.  There are other factors that come into play, how well are you resting, are there other people in your gym that are sick, are you stressed???  It may seem like a coincidence that you are getting sick after bumbing up your work outs but there are other factors that are involved here.

At one point we had six cats, 4 females and 2 males. That was fun!!


I think the female cats are more loving, pick Lizzie.
