Don't worry about it man. I know how to change tires, but I would avoid doing so whenever possible. Especially in the winter. I would just use CAA Mastro: The first time is always the trickiest, regardless of your age/sex/car experience. Ya I can imagine. I hate filling up gas in the winter when it's 20 below and that only takes seconds, so doing work on a tire would frustrate me too

Oh please why do you feel bad??

Anyhow I have common knowledge on how to change the tire, but NEVER in a million year would I ever do it. No way in hell that I'm getting down & dirty for any tire . Not happening.

See my advice is either get a car that alraedy has road side assitant or get CAA.

Anyhow Don't Feel Bad.

Heh thats pretty bad you know you being a GUY and all lol.  jk man.  First time it happened to me I was with my gf and basically just went along with it.  Had to pretend I've been doing this all my life   It didn't turn out that bad I changed it and I was okay.  It's really not that hard just make sure the bolts are on tight so your wheel don't go flying in oncoming traffic

I'm sorry, but Miguel said it perfectly ... "ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE".  I had a flat last week, and it wasn't the first one I've had to deal with in my life.  The first time I had to deal with one I was 13 years old, my only problem at that time was not having enough strength to loosen the bolts.  So I set the tire iron on the bolt and jumped onto it until I loosened all the bolts.  It was a good experience to have, so now its not a problem.

For the Future:

**Make sure you have a spare tire, that is inflated**

1.  Remove the wheel cover (or bolt covers)

2.  Set the jack in place (BUT DO NOT LIFT THE CAR YET)

3.  With the tire iron loosen all the nuts form the bolts on the tire

4.  Now raise the car

5.  Remove the nuts from the bolts from the tire (Remembering which nut goes with each bolt)

6.  Remove tire, and replace with spare

7.  Replace all the nuts to bolts and hand tighten

8.  Lower the car

9.  Tighten all the bolts with the tire iron

10.  Place flat in the trunk where the spare was, and make sure put all tools used away.

Congratulations, you tire has been changed.

If it makes you feel any better I don't drive so I've never had to change any tires.
