A guy on my team calls me to complain about everything that is wrong with the team all the time, and it drives me absolutely nuts sometimes. Thank god for caller id, so sometimes i avoid his calls if I don't feel like talking about it. But he's a good guy, and at times he calls just cause he wants to go out, do what ever, but when he gets on the topic of our team, I want to pull my hair out sometimes.
No not really cause I will just say I'm busy, I got go, bye & hang up, they will get the point very soon after that. The only time I kinda listen it's when it's my parents friends, then out of respect I put up with them & cut them off politly.
Heh I as well hate when that happens. If someone were to call the house line I don't even bother picking up the phone no more. It happened to me a few times and when they tend to call I either am heading out the door or just want to be doing something else.
This used to happen to me with ex girlfriends who always wanted to talk into the late evening. Now it's fine with the exception for relatives like aunts and uncles who call once in a blue moon and flap their gums for a while before I just quickly say "I gotta go"

I hate the phone and I refuse to even use it unless I HAVE to!!!
A friend of mine calls me for random stupidness!!! I hate it when he calls me during JUDGE JUDY!!!!
Sometimes I wonder why I have a phone.
