Damn I'm good ...
What exactly is this causing him to do??? Is the excess cartilage causing him pain? To walk differently?
Just wondering to see if there is anything i can suggest to help get better.

If "LIL MAN" is flat footed, it would be best for him to get insoles a.k.a. "ORTHODICS" (i think thats how its spelled ... MJ is that right???) This will help him develop a natural arch in his foot, and can also help align his spine, which can help prevent future injuries. The body works amazingly, but if one thing goes wrong with it, it will start to compensate, and that when other problems begin to occur. Hope this helps you out too AIGHT BUT HIS DOCTOR SD THAT IF HE DOESNT SEE AN IMPROVEMENT WITHIN SIX MONTHS HE IS THINKING OF OPERATING ON THEM.....IT ALSO SEEMS THAT HIS CARTLIDGE STICK THREW HIS ANKLE....IF HE GETS OPERATED WOULD THERE BE ANY CONSEQUENCES?? I'm not sure what you mean by his cartilage stick threw his ankle. Cartilage is fairly firm, but still a bit flexible, its is connective tissue. Cartilage is like a link between 2 bones. So I'm not quite clear by his cartilage stick threw his ankle. As for consequences, not really. If it re-constructive surgery for his cartilage, he'll have to do physio therapy, to help gain strength in the area, improve range of motion to normal, and help with his balance.
I WOULD HAVE TO SHOW U A PIC......
WELL LET ME TRY TO EXPLAIN IT....
U KNOW WHERE UR ANKLES IS RIGHT.....
LET IT SEEMS THAT HE HAS A PIECE OF CARTLIDGE THAT STICK THREW THE BOTTOM ......
THAT GOES DIRECTLY TO THE ARCH......

The past ankle injuries are the cause of your current problems. So you were in gymnastics, as a kid, you put a lot of strain and stress on the joint, and probably didn't let them heal properly before returning to competitions or practice. This will cause some discomfort, but as you begin to re-strengthen the area, the pain will become minimal, and eventually it won't bother you when you run. I recommend that after each run, ice your ankles down for 15 min - 20 min. If any swelling occurs after your runs, see a sports medicin doctor.
