Appearantly China... but these are CIC's (Immigration Canada) numbers from 1996-2000... who knows who is in the lead now. Not even 1 Latin American country listed in the top 10!! what the hell!

the number of mexicans coming to canada is exploding, i guess because they don't need a visa to get here, compared to five years ago... huge increase
