Victor Manuelle   was fully booked that whole weekend and had performances friday saturday and sunday   so we couldn't get him in a day earlier   The band and victor manuelle came in on different flights. Victor manuelle's flight came on time but the bands was delayed 4 hours so there was no sound check.the band went directly from the airport to the venue.  but because they travel with there own sound engineer and i paid a mini fortune on sound here it turned out great   people saw that the vip meant you are in the front row and some people turned back to the door and paid $ 50 extra on top of the 40 to be front row. Certain people like front row others like to be on tables so it all depends what you want front row tickets or box tickets.   all things considered all shows could be done better but as  long as the band performs there 90 min set and we got an encore for toronto's show....and the sound and lights were good then you got the meat and potatoes of the show

Oh well, I think the time was not my concern, I was really enjoying the party anyway, especially for the people that I was with.
 I didn't put attention to  my watch, I was really busy talking, laughing and enjoying the company.
 I was having a lot of fun and didn't care about the time.
after all I still think everything was great !!!

That's right, one thing is to assume that pple can't be punctual and the other is to start a concert almost 3 hours later.

See what pple mean => doors opened @ 5, concert schedule @ 6 but really started after 8pm.

So Yari alias Kriz and on and on and on, please at least recognize that, because that has nothing to do with the quality of the show once started.

@ Bainaman.....spoken like a true Salsero and musician....lol...but I agree it was a night full of emotions and memory lanes because almost everyone has a memory or two with Victor Manuelle's music.....and everyone was singing, dancing, reminiscing.....he also looked GREAT....younger than ever.....not very charismatic....but he did his thing and people love his music and his voice no matter what happens on that stage......

Ojala pudiéramos disfrutar en un futuro cercano de N'Klabe una de las orquestas salseras del momento, están pegados en las radios de Estados Unidos, Puerto Rico y todo el caribe.

yari me has echo reir con tu comentario eres fabulosa cuanto me hubiese gustado conocerte en el concierto del papisongo de victor manuell ,pero es cierto lo que dices los dos locutores estan buenototes tambien el vestido de blanco louis d se ve muy bien y keiter lastima que es casado pero no importa yo tambien jajajajaja..deberas el concierto estuvo de maravilla yo no queria irme y a sabor nuevo ,por fa traigan a gilbertito santa rosa con ese me desmayo..es mas si biene envio a mi esposo de vaca ciones pa gozarmelo todito ........

The concert was good! The band sounded amazing! Nice venue, etc, etc...

Sabornuevo pulled off yet another good concert.

I must say that I wasn't completely satisfied with the concert. Somehow I was expecting more.....from Victor and the band. They played well....sounded well...etc.....but it was as if they were going through the motions.....and not actually "giving it".......don't know how else to put it. Also....I guess I should have thought about this before......Victor Manuel songs are NICE songs to listen to.....Many people associate his songs with their boyfriend/girlfriend, emotions...etc........But they're not great salsa songs....IMHO. After watching El Gran Combo y la institud de la salsa que son ellos......there's only one band right now that is just as good if not better to see live...that I can think of.....and that's Spanish Harlem Orchestra.

So........LB says bring Daddy Yankee.....

I say....bring SPANISH HARLEM ORCHESTRA!!!!!!!

I guarantee you that they don't cost as much as Victor Manuel....and they'll put on a show that's 10x better than the one he put on.
