I don't know what to do My little brother went to Ecuador last year, as did I and I soo miss it ... but I can't go this year but I want to send my brother for a month ... He has said he doesn't want to go as he has BUSINESS to do this summer ... Ummm, he's only turning 17 and he has BUSINESS My dad asked me to lend my brother money for a car and which I did so he now has a Pontiac Sunfire and no license go figure ... but he now thinks he is all that with a car and all and wants to do BUSINESS with friends and stuff ... Nonetheless, I'm planning to get him a flight for Ecuador a day or two after his birthday ... my mom says I shouldn't as my brother esta en la EDAD DEL BURRO!! ... and he won't go I just want him to get away from all this ... I mean he spends most of his time on the computer playing some WOW game, on MSN, goes to bed at 3am ... So should I or shouldn't I buy him the ticket ... Dulce girl you are so caring.. That is so nice of you. It really is A car..and now a ticket to Ecuador...wow. You know, this is just my opionion, if you think it would be better to send him to Ecuador then do it. "business"-- o please, send the little thing back home, he'll appreciate it.
Cookie, you were already nice enough to pay him the nice car he is driving. Let him make his choises, that is not your responsabilities but his and your parents if they are worried about him. I know you want to do this to keep him out of trouble but you will not always be there and if he wants to do something, he will. BTW.......what do you think we are doing all day and most of the nights......FORO, remember, we're addicts j/k

If your brother wanted to go he would have told you so, he obviously has other plans and does not have any interest in going to Ecuador.
So no i don't think you should buy him the ticket. Send you mom instead.
That money is probably better spent paying for his tuition at the University/College of his choice. At 17 one can't find one's arse using both hands and a mirror, let alone be capable of doing 'business'.
Money for tuition is covered ... he is saving up on his own for that in the long run ...
