To some this may not be a 360 degree change...but for me it is Stopped constantly meeting/picking up girls and now trying to settle down with my gf. It's so hard, but I'm thinking she's the one.
That's not a 360 ....it's maturity and love.

I tend to go nutz from time to time and make drastic changes all of a sudden.
But I mostly don't do it.
I also tend to look at it as a way of running away from your problems.....and if the roots of your problems are still there.......then no matter what kind of changes you make to your life......the same problems will arrise.

About 3 years ago, I changed professions, so that was a bit of a change.
Now with the way somethings are shaping up in my life, I think it might be time for a change, perhaps a change of scenery. A friend of mine teaches English in Slovakia, and has been asking me to go teach with him. So that option is becoming something to consider. If things here don't work out the way I want them too, we'll see happens.

If you do a 360, wouldn't you end up in the same "spot"? A 180 would be much more productive BTW, it depends on which aspect of your life you mean... career? relationships? lifestyle? moving?.... I doubt anyone could do a 180 in all these at the same time I've done a couple, in different aspects of my life... the biggest one being, prolly, moving to Canada

I was a server for 2 and 1/2 years @ the 360 restaurant (on the CN Tower).... this didn't really change my life, but I learned about french serving, protocol and wines....
