So I got a new phone last night. The guy tells me that it would be 3 hours 'till the transfer was complete. So last night I check.....and nothing. I figure....let me give them 'till this morning. This morning I get up all excited.....and to my surprise....still nothing! So I call *611 They tell me to call from a phone OTHER THAN the one I'm setting up...no prob....so I call from my old phone. Now....keep in mind....I'm keeping the same number.... Long story short......I spent 45 mins trying to activate the phone with the operator.....and nothing was happening..... Several times....I told them....."could it be 'cause I'm calling from the old phone....and my network connection is being used....therefore not letting the new phone connect to it?" They assured me that wasn't it. I gave up....being late for work and all........and all they could say was that it was the phone...and I had to take it back!!! AAWWRRRGGG!!!! I hang up ....get ready for work......and just as a hunch....I try my new phone again....now that I'm off the old one........BINGO!!!!!! I was right all along!!!! DUMB A$$ES!!!!!!!
