1. Season the Chicken with salt, peppers and a little bit of garlic salt


2. Grill the chicken in an extra virgin olive oil.


3. While the chicken is cooking, sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice on it (do it to both sides)


4. Just before the chicken is done, add a little bit of marble cheese to it, either small slices, or shredded.


5. Sit back and enjoy,
