yeah , some girls aren't the nicest looking compared to Vogue or Elle, but i give credit to them for trying, and going out and trying something they or anyone else normally wouldn't do. i bet after the whole experience they at least have a new found inner strength, and self confidence, which is hard to get when you're young, but if you do get it when you're young, you're one step ahead of everyone else your age.

i bet we all know a pretty girl/neice/friend who's young awkward and shy. maybe a pageant might not the best way to get them out of their shell, but it's one way to get them to open up and express themselves.

To Genie's point... ok I didn't read it... quite long actually.. but anyway, the actual number of really good looking people in any race is low. I find that in my own race they all look the same, most are unattractive but you get the small few that actually stand out that are worth entering into a contest.

And then there's the crowd at Privilege....

         Actually i think that Miss Latina Canada is very "Latina" looking she has the features of what some or most girls back home look like! and I mean shes not ugly I think shes quite Pretty and if you see how she carries herself in Public its actually quite good shes respectful and very sweet not snobby at all!! Teen Latina Canada looks to WHITE for me i mean not your Latina looking girl but i still find her very attractive! SOrry FUNKIE MONKIE I disagree with you on this one!


Now the only one i dont think deserves it and was a main reason she didnt get much exposure was Daniela Cruz i have seen her carry herself in PUBLIC and OMG to think she reped latinas here in canada is a Disgrace!! I mean shes a cute girl but Drunk while your crown is on and dancing like your a stripper please have some CLASS!! But other then her i think these girls are doing a good job go on the site and read there bios and stuff!!
