It works fine for me... I'll give you a couple days supply to try out. I just don't stay on it cause I don't tend to eat as much as I used to anyway... It's great on the days you wanna binge.
Like MJ, I need to focus on my exercise to start losing more.

I think it would work if I ate properly or even exercised. My rollerblading expeditions are pretty pathetic too. Now I just rollerblade from the Rogers Ctr to the Imax Cinesphere so I can watch speed traps, then I sit there for an hour, and then I glide back home.
