Yesterday I went rollerblading and I thought I was gonna YACK!!!!  I felt horrible.  Just looking at the city, you can see a big yellow cloud along the skyline. 


I still have a horrible headache!!!!

Ohhh the smog... I mind... It's terrible... the UV levels.. i don't... wear sunblock and u'll be fine..!!!!

and to top it all the UV levels today are very high, so if u have sensitive skin use sunblock when u go out... there were a lot of red faces this morning in the office cuz some ppl decided to bike or rollerblade to work.
