I take care of complaints ... and this lady goes to me I can't believe what your agent said to me and I was So being nice on the phone I ask for more details ... she goes he had me sign up a contract what a gentlemen he was and then takes of his badge and says I'm no longer working do you know where I can get an oil change ... and I was like still She goes do you know what an oil change is .... and I say umm yeah thinking she meant the car and she goes no no no your like me I told him to go to a mechanic and tha agent said to her no honey I need an OIL CHANGE and then smiles and says I need to get LAID!! What the ????? how am I suppose to take care of a situation like that ... took down all the details and told her I will call her back ...
