LOL I went one summer when I was 19 and no it wasnt a good experience at all...I do not know how to stop and how to rollerblade downhill..lets just say I rolled and tumbled down the hill with my whole body insteads of on my legs...grrrr!!! @ Chile: If you are going to roller blade and push your baby's Stroller PLEASE make sure you know how to roller blade really well. It's your baby safety and I'm concered about. Just be careful. At first, I went for style. My rollerblades are black and grey so I went out in black shorts and my black Lacoste golf shirt with my black Lacoste watch and my black Lacoste sunglasses (PELON` ARE YOU READING THIS???? )
Then, I realized it's too damn cold so now I look like a bum with track pants and a sweater but I'm still rocking the watch and the sunglasses!!!

So, I figured most of you were wondering, "WHERE'S MOTOWN JUNKIE?"
Just go with it! It makes me feel better!!!
I just wanted to share my NON-FAILED attempt at a healthier lifestyle. So we all know, a gym with an internet cafe is a big no-no for me. So I went out and bought a pair of rollerblades and started hitting trails along "The Beach" and Lakeshore.
This is what I discovered:
Rollerblading burns
Mosquitos don't taste that bad (Fear Factor, here I come)
When rollerblading down grass, ensure, as you see your feet over your head, to wear wrist guards
Water fountains are your best friend
Rollerblading on rocks isn't the smartest thing to do
Know when to stop (4 hrs of rollerblading = pain)
Know how to stop (screaming and looking for a patch of grass is a good alternative)
Trying to look "professional" will make you look like an a$$ and make you drop on your a$$
Bringing a dog to pull you works well only with big dogs and not a shi-poo.
A shi-poo is no fun to carry while rollerblading
Smoking and rollerblading................................
Rollerblading for miles and miles to stop and grab a hotdog..............
So, that's all I can think of right now but I'm having a blast killing myself!!! Hope some of you might want to join me sometime. Afterall, I do need someone to cling onto for dear life!!!
