Me...I sleep like a rock during the week...I make sure to sleep normal hrs from 10-6:30 am...becuase its the worst thing in the world having to keep yourself awake all day...you just feel like krap by the end of the day from all that caffeine youve had...
On the weekends...oh man weekends are sacred for me..I make sure to have fun fun fun..doing the things that I want...and oh I sleep in i make SURE TO SLEEP IN..I love waking it up at whatever time without an alarm to wake me up....
Weird Fact: I tend to be lazy and not be in the mood to get off bed Monday through Friday - alarm goes off at 7:00 - I toss and turn for about half an hour till I finally start to move my a$$ and start getting ready to go to work...
But on WEEKENDS, when I do not have to go to work... I just wake up and get moving immediately, anytime between 7-8:30 am.

Have you ever woken up too early......say 2 hours before you HAD TO get up......and you feel great!!! Rested, awake, etc......BUT.......you still have 2 hours before you HAVE TO get up.....so you decide to sleep a bit more....... ....so you toss and turn and finaly fall asleep......only to wake up when you HAVE TO......feeling TIRED?!?!?!?!?
Nope...I sleep like a rock. My only problem is when i'm not sleepy and stay up late. I feel like I never slept at all.
You're right M&M's "you might as well just get up", now that my zoo is gone, I still wake up earlier. I guess, it will take me a week or so to get back to my regular sleep habit.
In the mean time, I get to work @ 7.15, I know it's crazy but I get to leave earlier........Wooo.......Hooo

That's me most days. I can't say I get used to it but it happens more often when I'm stressed or overtired... like my sleep was a 4 hour nap. Then those killer 2 hours of being wide awake and thinking about everything... you might as well just get up.

I know!! All the time and it sucks. Now if that happens I just go for warm jog in the morning it helps!
