I heard this morning on BT that since Harpers government is now giving parents/mothers "more money" directly to them.. for child care... instead of it going directly to child care that day cares prices have now gone up. Of course they are gonna go up!! Day cares will take advantage...I dont think Harpers government thought about that...I think thats how the comment went...pls correct me if I am wrong...chanks SO in the end its all the same damn thing...
