Who told you that it costs $90.00 dollars? Go to a walk-in clinic, have a doctor look at it. From there he/she will sent you to a professional at the hospital and you'll have surgery there (most likely right away). No cost. You'll just have to buy pain killers for after sugery. Ok. Try that.
