After hearing the acoustic versions and the live versions, the studio production sounds too layered, too 'heavy'. But not all songs, just some. And why oh why did they leave off 'Let me Give the World to You'? That was just bad judgement.
Plus the 'b-sides' ie the remains that became Machina II (the internet release) were far superior songs that should have been released officially but instead all we got was poorly recorded mp3s that sound horrible when played loud.
Hopefully BC is thinking clearer these days and we don't get 'The Future Embrace' or 'Zwan' part deux.
Nevertheless, I am anxiously awaiting this new album.

TRUST ME, I'm not arguing with you although I'm sure everyone is saying, "LET'S GET READY TO RRRRRRRUUUUUMMMMMBBBBBLLLLLLLLLLEEEEE!!"
How did you find they were over produced and over thought? I've never thought of it like that.
