Todo hemos probado algún postre de chocolate. Para algunos entre los cuales me incluyo la definición misma de un postre debería incluir chocolate. ¿Tendría sentido el Mundo sin chocolate? Probablemente no. Pero una pregunta me ha estado ocupando las tres neuronas que me quedan: ¿Cual será un buen vino para el chocolate? OH, vaya pregunta. Pues la primera reacción seria la de decir que cualquier buen vino puede combinar sin problemas. Sin embargo después de una larga investigación, parece ser que alguno son mejores que otros. Aquí les daré algunas sugerencias, que no pretenden ser más que eso, sugerencias. Después cada unos puede ir adaptando variantes según los gustos. Primero, y partiendo de un presupuesto que llamaremos razonable esta un Jurançon que es un vino blanco afrutado peor ligeramente ácido. En tintos podría ser algo como un Bourgogne, no muy fuerte pero igualmente afrutado. Lo más importante a mi gusto es que no hay que olvidar que un vino demasiado fuerte, con mucho cuerpo podría opacar el chocolate.
