No no.. Cable internet and Wireless internet are completelly diff even tho they're both from Rogers. Wireless internet is billed on your cellular account and its about $100/mo for approx 100mb or less for less. WiFi for the most part is "free" its just a matter of finding a hotspot or open access point.

all u have to do is get a wireless router and a card if ur computer doesn't have one(but this is for home), and like miguel said your school should already have wireless for all their students but u'll probably need a user account to get on it (talk to ur tech at school), and I think downtown is a hot spot now so if u have the wireless card in ur comp, u should be ready to go.

Well.......I know that FIDO has a a card that lets you connect to the internet like a cell phone...not sure what the plan is like though....but from what I heard is MAD EXPENSIVE.....you would have to look in to that.....

I dont think anyone offers wireless service .. i wanted to get that long time a go and i couldnt find anyone ( i may be wrong though) ... But the laptop i have has wireless connection , so i can get it in school , m y house (friends house) , starbucks ...
