Flans, now there's a flashback. There's one song of theirs that I really love. Incidentally, they came to Nicaragua back in the late '80s and guess who their band was? Maná. If I'd known how famous they'd become, I would've gone to see Flans.

Oh, and I know a couple of Karaoke places. There's one at Dundas and Bloor, right beside the Dundas West subway station. The food is to die for (Greek) and the crowd is fun and laid back. Also the pupusa place in Scarborough has karaoke, pure Spanish, but the last time I talked to them they said they were not holding karaoke night anymore, but they still have all the equipment. It would be a matter of twisting their arm a little bit-- Or maybe just rip it off their body and then I'm sure they'll let us do karaoke there.
