I've only laughed 'out loud' twice and it was at the office from something MC-O or Dogo said... yes i actually remember. Other times with the LOL, it is really just a smirk or giggle or just 'whatever'

actually most times my LOL really is or

When you guys use this abbreviation (LOL) are you actually laughing out loud?


Think about it.....


We add it after every dumb line....but we are not actually laughing out loud.....we are just "smirking" or "giggling"....


So maybe we can say....


SOL - Smirking Out Loud


or


GOL - Giggling out loud


no?


 


And when you ROFL....are you actually rolling on the floor laughing....LOL....ooops I meant GOL!
