If I'm correct, you're talking about Chelo Flores...She's the mother of Yessenia Flores who also sings Mariachi rancheras. Yeah she's really old school...but back then music had more heart than it does now.

I can't think of a female vocalist that's the best on my list. There are so many talented ones out there..but my favs are definately listed on the roster that Sweetness provided. Good choices girl!
