OH, did you guys hear that Britney Spears' baby was in the hospital due to a skull fracture? apparently, the nanny dropped him and he had to be rushed to the hospital. In the past 8 months of this little guy's life, the Children's Protective Services Dept (or whatever they called in LA) have visited Britney's home. Poor kid.. I think someone should start a campaign that reads "SAVE SEAN PRESTON" sooooo sad
