Do you know how to dance Salsa, Merengue or bachata? Sometimes when people don't like that music too much it's cuz they don't know how to dance to it. I love dancing to all that music but I don't like sitting around listening to Merengue or Bachata....it's dancing music to me. Salsa is different I can listen to that.

About Ricky's music....I am not a groupie...a fan yes but not a groupie and it surprises me to hear that you don't really like it much. I have never heard anyone say that before...like ever so I was wondering where or what you heard?

Okay so are we back on topic!

I don't think you can have a reggaeton event 19 and over! It would not be a very wise buisness decision. Most people that are passionate enough about reggaeton to pay to see an artist are 19 and under. So yeah it wouldn't work well it's music that only kids like for the most part.

and ya reggaeton was the type of music that was born on the streets of puerto rico (which was really violent) and yet it grew to be the biggest music since merengue

just 2 let u all know i grew up in a single parent home wit my mom which played music from baladas (oldies), cumbia,salsa,and merengue(stuff like proyecto uno) and other great latin music,which later on grew up liking hip hop,r&b,and pop,rock. i studied theory from my early elementry days till grade 11 and i sang for my former high school (dante) which made a cd and sang at world youth day in toronto and at the moment im working on my first reggaeton cd which has been a dream of mine since i was born

music is music but latin music always lives forever

I do what people ask me to play which is why I do covers or "not original" songs...no? Most of my shows are at clubs...and people wanna hear stuff they already know. Plus I'm not into writing salsa originals...I'm into R&B...and I have mad piles of original material there.

Personally i can't find any way in mind that i would allow my 12 year old to go out at night without me. Even if i was to drop her off and pick her up. Yeah the same thing can happen at a 19+ club or venue, but there is no way in hell i would allow this. Im 27 and my oldest daughter will be 12 next year.
