it can't which is true cause when losing fat your losing it all over, but it's not fat you really losing it's excess water you shedding.

@ CONFU a great video set that i use to do was Thai-Bo that got me to sweat!!!!!! i've also did research on pilate and power 90 the both seem pretty affetive but remember you are what you eat, you can be working out for 2 hours but if your diet is not to par don't expect the fastest or greatest results !!!! And believe or not i've been using the sauna belt and it also work i'm starting to see my abs again!!!

U BURN THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF FAT BY SPEED WALKING OR JOGGING....AND I DO NOT LIKE YOGA!!!


PLUS AT LEAST WITH A WORK OUT VIDEO LIL MAN CAN DO SOME OF THEM TOO!!!

I've got a power yoga dvd... and yes, u do sweat!

but these days i prefer jogging outside... i'm not that great at it but it does burn the fat faster.

Do your research, find out the dosage and how many milligrams are recommended for yourself or people like you (body size, physical fitness, age, sex, etc) and you'll be ok... any health food store...yorkdale has one and so does the eaton centre.

GNC Health stores, Shoppers, IGA...


Any Health stores.....those are better than pharmacies...

Good tip. Where do you get these products? I'm not very health-conscious, but I always try to avoid taking medications if I can help it. But because these products are natural, I guess, it wouldn't be a bad idea to try them out. Where do you guys get these things?

I drink Green Tea with Ginseng.  For Vitamin C I get 60mg daily from my multivitamin.  Im not a big Echinacea drinker, but after reading this I just may start.  Thanks for the tips

I will try to post weekly tips on Health, Fitness, Nutrition.


Today's tip is on health, I,ve notice alot of people are comming down with something more frequently then usual, whethers it's a cold or flu.


Here's a couple immune boosters and bug busters you might look in to.


Ginseng: helps with boosting you natural killer cell and is also great for energy! A great product is Cold FX. It contians PANAX QUINQUEFOLIUM (North American Ginseng) taking one or two a daily will help keep you immune system more alert! MAKE SURE YOU READ INSTURTIONS BEFORE USE
