It definately weren't her vocals that kept people paying attention....especially if we can't even make out what she was saying.....


The Jerry Rivera horns just came across to me that these 2 incredibly "creative" artists.....were not being original.....IF they produced it....


I liked the overall performance.....but they should have kept it as Shakira singing in Spanish and Wyclef in Creole....LOL 


(then for sure they wouldn't have made it on IDOL)


We need more Shakira and less Barry Manilow on IDOL.....

I'm sorry to say but I totally agree.  She looked BOMB but she sounded horrible and the chorus irritated the hell out of me!!  What the hell is up with those Jerry Rivera horns??  Irritating!!!    I really enjoyed Wyclef though!!!!  He really did carry that song!  Plus I prefer when Shakira sings in Spanish.  It just flows better...........

I didn't like the song when i first heard it but now i like it after seeing it performed last night. I totally agree...Idol sucks this year for me.
