Spadina & Front those are nice condo's, are these condo's in front of the ACC or Skydome? If so, I've been to one of them and they are really nice, this particular condo I went HAD A GREAT VIEW...with a FAT cat....lollol

i think you should just rent it to one of your friends or something at a really cheap rate, so they can house sit, or enjoy the downtown life for a while.
you're looking to save a ton of cash while you're away, but renting out your place, and leaving your stuff to some complete strager is pretty risky. really , it takes about a month or so for the landlord to catch on to someone who's not going to pay, so by the time you get back you might have your stuff in storage with a bill for 3 months rent.
give it to one of your friends for a song, they'll love you for it, and you'll be able to enjoy your trip a lot more.
I'm sure others will agree with when I say that the offer sounds pretty good, location and all....but $1250 a month......ouch! .....and onyl for 3 months?? not very stable...so it's hard..... (but I know it's the location cost....and it's a condo....etc) Good luck...I will send this info to my mailing list,,,,
I said it's NEGOTIABLE, punk!!!! After 3 months, whoever can continue the lease but then it'll be $1500/mth!!!
